Conditions for participation in the prize game

All persons who are citizens of the Republic of Slovenia can participate in the prize draw. In the event that they are under the age of 18, they must be at least 15 years old on 12 March 2021 and obtain parental permission to participate in the prize draw. They join the participation by fulfilling the conditions for participation via facebook or instagram pages.

Employees of fensifilc and their immediate family members * may not participate in the prize draw. If any of the persons who are not allowed to participate in the game is drawn, the draw will be repeated automatically.

* Spouse or a person with whom the employee lives in a living community which, according to the regulations on marriage and family relations, is legally equated with marriage, children or adopted grandchildren, siblings and parents or adoptive parents of the employee.

The course of the prize game

The prize draw will take place on Monday, March 12, 2021.

The draw will not be public. It will be done with the help of a program for the selection of winners, which will randomly select one winner from all those who meet the conditions for participation in the draw. The winner can only be awarded once. The draw and results are final. They cannot be appealed.

Other provisions

All other disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court with substantive jurisdiction in Ljubljana.
